Partners in Prevention Clinic: Fostering Health and Wellness in Our Community
Your health matters — and at Hallie Q. Brown Community Center, we believe in creating a space where you can feel comfortable, informed, and supported. That’s why we’re hosting the Partners in Prevention Clinic every Thursday through December 4, 2025 (except Thanksgiving), from 12–3 p.m.
This clinic is all about you — your longevity, your well-being, and your right to ask questions in a safe, private, and caring environment. Whether you’re curious about your blood pressure, need a dental screening, or simply want to check in on your health, our public health nurses are here to help.
Here’s what’s available each week:
-
Blood pressure checks
-
Advanced cardiac screening
-
Dental and pre-diabetes screenings
-
Blood sugar testing
-
Health coaching and clinical hand massage
-
Community resource connections
-
A gift card for participants
There’s no registration or insurance required, and the clinic is completely free and open to the public.
