Food Shelf Order Form

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have modified our operations to follow the State of Minnesota and the Center for Disease Control guidelines.

Complete the Hallie Q. Brown Food Shelf Request Form here to order what you need.

We are not able to allow clients and community members to shop for themselves in our food shelf; however, we will provide a personal shopper to shop for you based upon your requests.

Make an appointment via phone or use the Hallie Q. Brown Food Shelf Request Form here and we will fill your requests and have your order ready for curbside pick-up or delivery. Delivery priority is given to seniors and health-related homebound persons.
