Join us for an evening of storytime, a community meal, and meaningful conversation as former Saint Paul City Council Member Russ Balenger leads a discussion on building confidence in young readers and advocating for their success in school.

Families will have the opportunity to:

  • Enjoy an interactive storytime

  • Share a free community meal

  • Connect with local organizations supporting youth literacy

  • Learn strategies to encourage reading and educational success at home

This event is the third installment of Rondo Legacies: Through the Generations, a six-part series presented by the Rondo Community Library and Hallie Q. Brown Community Center. The series runs from June through November 2026, and you're welcome to attend one session or all six!
