Since 1929, Hallie Q. Brown has been committed to supporting the development of youth while providing holistic lifespan support, and in 2025 we made a courageous choice to shudder our existing youth offerings to reimagine our approach for the next century.
We are supporting emerging community youth development organizations and partners to work with whole families to deepen impact and support, thorugh collaboration, as we invest in community with space, resources, and leadership, we seek partners eager to see innovation and tirelessly working to see, and love on our youth.

Program Partners we're seeking
Community-minded organizations with leaders that see Rondo as an asset. Youth-serving or youth focused organizations that have interest in the whole spectrum of development, including pre-natal and parenting resources. Mentoring groups and enrichment and leadership opportunities.
Philanthropic Partners we’re seeking
$200,000 to execute "Better Option" programming with staffing to offer youth productive community involvement, skills, and experiences that are a "better option" than idle time, life-altering decisions, or isolation. Tethered youth, impact and lead their communities as adults.
In 2025, the MN Lynx + Timberwolves and US Bank, in partnership with St. Paul Parks and Rec, gifted a $150,000 gym renovation, inspiring 70 youth to join the next day.
Littles are exposed to a huge world at an early age, and we’re aligning programs and partnerships that inspires authenticity, autonomy, confidence, and courage.
