About Give to the Max Day
Give to the Max Day was created in 2009 to launch GiveMN, a collaborative venture led by Minnesota Community Foundation and many other organizations committed to helping make our state a better place.
That initial spark touched off an outpouring of generosity — $14 million in 24 hours. Since then, Give to the Max Day has become an annual tradition. Every year thousands of organizations and individuals generate donations and excitement for Minnesota causes that are working to improve the quality of life for all Minnesotans.
Give to the Max Day has become a national model for giving days.
Give to the Max with Hallie Q. Brown
Here’s what you need to do:
- On Thursday, November 15th, visit GiveMN.org and search for Hallie Q. Brown Community Center.
Follow the instructions to make a gift of any size you’d like* toward any of the programs or services HQB offers.
Check back throughout the day to learn about new incentives and opportunities that are unveiled each hour.
- As part of this year’s campaign, we are excited to announce a special opportunity for donors. If you make a gift of $110 through #GTMD18, we’ll send you a “Hallie’s Heroes” t-shirt and will include you as one of our key donors in the 90 for 90 campaign. This is a great way to help support the programs and services that HQB provides while being recognized as a critical part of that support.
