Community Halloween Party

Join us for our annual Halloween party for kids in the community! Come dressed in your favorite costume and share in the fun. We'll have treats, games, prizes, face painting, pumpkin decorating, cookie decorating, Superheroes, Villains, Pirates, Disney Princesses, Star Wars characters, Harry Potter characters, a haunted house and more. Sponsored by Hallie Q. Brown Community Center and the Ramsey Hill Association and done in partnership with Costumers for a Cause. This event is free and open to the public.

Presented by Joseph Gaugler, PhD. Dr. Gaugler is the Robert L. Kane Endowed Chair in Long-Term Care and Aging and a Professor at the University of Minnesota. His work focuses on the best way to support families and professionals who care for persons with memory loss. He aims to improve the health and well-being of carers through innovative programs and technologies. Refreshments will be served.

Get in the holiday spirit this with award-winning author Roger Barr and his 22nd Christmas story, published annually in the Highland Villager.🎄 Autographed copies of Barr’s book, "The Christmas Promise", will be available for purchase and donations will be accepted. 100% of the book proceeds and donations will go to the Hallie Q. Brown Food Shelf, which has been serving the community for 45 years!
